Crypto Poker Explained: How BOOF Works
How BOOF combines Solana deposits and withdrawals with a centralized cash Poker dealer, custodial balances, table stacks, and seed verification.
Crypto rails, centralized hands
BOOF’s public Poker lobby currently lists ten six-seat No-Limit Texas Hold’em cash tables. Players use BOOF, SOL, or Solana USDC custodial account balances. Solana handles deposits into and withdrawals from the platform; BOOF’s dealer handles seats, cards, bets, pots, and settlement.
This means a Poker action is not an on-chain transaction. The player transfers assets to a platform treasury first, receives a matching internal ledger balance, and then relies on BOOF’s software and operations to preserve and return that value.
From wallet to table and back
- Connect a Solana wallet and sign the session message after checking the domain.
- Use the official cashier to review the asset, network, destination, amount, fee, and current limits before depositing.
- Choose a public cash table whose asset matches the custodial balance you intend to use.
- A server command debits the buy-in from that balance and creates the table stack.
- Standing returns the remaining stack to the internal asset balance; a separate withdrawal request sends or queues funds back to a Solana address.
What the public lobby showed at review
| Asset | Public tiers | Seats | Settlement |
|---|---|---|---|
| USDC | Micro, Low, Mid | 6 | Custodial cash balance |
| SOL | Micro, Low, Mid | 6 | Custodial cash balance |
| BOOF | Micro, Low, Mid, Max | 6 | Custodial cash balance |
How completed-hand evidence works
The dealer commits to a server-seed hash and derives a deterministic HMAC-SHA256 shuffle. Archived completed hands expose a verifier that checks the revealed seed and reconstructs the visible deal. That check does not establish custody safety, legal compliance, production-code integrity, or absence of collusion.
Unresolved facts matter
No verified legal entity, gambling license, jurisdiction list, age rule, privacy policy, support route, self-exclusion system, or independent Poker audit was found. Do not interpret a working lobby as proof that the product is lawful or suitable for you.
Understanding the transaction flow does not make cash Poker low risk. Decide a maximum deposit and session duration before connecting, and do not treat access to BOOF as proof of age or jurisdiction eligibility; those controls remain unverified.
Frequently asked questions
Is every Poker bet recorded on Solana?
No. Deposits and withdrawals use Solana, while table actions and settlement are recorded by BOOF’s server and internal ledgers.
Does connecting a wallet deposit funds?
No. A session signature and a deposit transaction are separate actions. Read the exact wallet prompt before approving either.
Can I withdraw a table stack directly?
Standing first returns the remaining stack to the matching custodial balance. Withdrawing from the platform is a separate cashier request.
Is BOOF available everywhere?
No eligibility or restricted-jurisdiction list was verified. Public availability does not establish legal availability.
