How We Handle Poker Balances

We use custodial account balances

Our public tables use internal balances denominated in BOOF, SOL, or Solana USDC. When you fund one of those balances, you make an on-chain transfer to our platform treasury. After we verify the transfer, we credit our database ledger.

When you buy into Poker, we debit the matching internal balance and create your table stack. Bets and pots are entries in our server ledger, not separate Solana transactions. When you stand, we credit your remaining stack to the same internal balance. Withdrawing from BOOF is a separate request.

After you deposit, you depend on us to safeguard the treasury, maintain an accurate ledger, reconcile balances, process withdrawals, and respond when something goes wrong.

Assets, limits, and withdrawal fees

When we checked these settings, deposits and withdrawals were enabled and the deposit fee was 0%. Our treasury worker can fulfill reserved pending withdrawals. These settings and worker availability can change, so read the current quote before signing a deposit or submitting a withdrawal.

• Read our current treasury address from the deposit screen. Do not copy it from this page, a search result, a creator, or a direct message.
• We have not published a recovery policy for wrong-network, wrong-asset, or wrong-address transfers. Treat an incorrect transfer as potentially irreversible.

How we process each step

• Deposit: your wallet builds a transfer, you review and sign it, Solana records it, and we verify the signature, asset, and amount before crediting your internal balance.
• Poker: we debit your internal balance when you buy in or top up, settle each hand in the table ledger, and return the remaining stack when you stand.
• Withdrawal: we reserve the requested amount, record a pending transaction, apply the current withdrawal fee, and queue the net amount for our treasury worker to send to your destination.
• Our treasury worker can claim and fulfill a pending request automatically. A request can remain queued when the worker or transfer is unavailable. We have not published an evidence-backed processing-time range or service-level guarantee.

Eligibility and account restrictions

We use a signed wallet session for account access. We have not published a complete KYC and sanctions policy, minimum-age rule, eligible or restricted location list, self-exclusion system, or account-restriction policy.

A working deposit button or visible table does not establish that you are eligible to play. Do not deposit until we publish applicable terms and you have confirmed that participation is lawful for you.

If a balance or transfer looks wrong

For a delayed deposit, save the Solana signature, asset, amount, source and destination addresses, and time. For a delayed stack return, save the table slug, hand number, client action identifier if available, balance before and after, and screenshots. For a pending withdrawal, save the transaction record and destination.

Do not repeat a transfer because a page is slow, and do not pay anyone to unlock a balance. We have not yet published a verified support and escalation channel on boof.gg. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
