Stablecoins, Networks, and Transaction Fees in Crypto Poker

Understand Solana USDC, SOL, BOOF, token mints, custodial balances, network fees, platform fees, and address checks before depositing.

Reviewed Review status: approved for publication

Separate network, asset, and account balance

Solana is the network. SOL is its native asset. USDC is a token with a specific mint, and BOOF is another token with its own mint. After a BOOF deposit is credited, the number shown by the platform is a custodial database balance rather than a token held in the player’s external wallet.

Different fees answer different questions

  • Network fee pays for a Solana transaction.
  • Platform deposit or withdrawal fee is set by BOOF.
  • Poker rake is taken from eligible pots under table rules and is separate from cashier fees.
  • Swap fees, price impact, and slippage apply only if an asset conversion occurs.
  • A displayed setting can change; read the final quote before approval.

Pre-transfer checklist

  • Start from boof.gg, not a copied advertisement or direct message.
  • Read the current treasury address from the official cashier.
  • Confirm Solana, the exact asset, and the full mint where applicable.
  • Review amount, destination, fee, and transaction simulation.
  • Send no recovery phrase or private key to support.
  • Preserve the transaction signature after sending.

Stable does not mean risk-free

A stablecoin can face issuer, market, network, smart-contract, wallet, custody, and platform risk. BOOF custody adds operational and withdrawal dependence after deposit. This page does not recommend BOOF, SOL, USDC, or a deposit.

A correctly routed transfer can still become gambling exposure after it is credited. Decide whether to deposit only after checking eligibility, custody, current fees, a fixed loss boundary, and a tested withdrawal and support path.

Frequently asked questions

Is every token named USDC interchangeable?

No. Verify the network and mint. BOOF’s reviewed rail uses USDC on Solana with the mint shown in the official cashier.

Is a custodial balance stored in my wallet?

No. It is a platform ledger claim after assets have been transferred to platform custody.

Are cashier fees the same as Poker rake?

No. Deposit/withdrawal fees apply to moving funds; rake, if charged, applies to Poker pots under table rules.

Are the listed fees guaranteed?

No. They are a dated live readback. Review the current quote and terms immediately before acting.
